There are so many new features in the 2017 Dodge Durango! The GT replaces the Limited that has a sportier exterior. There is a new package option called the Anodized Platinum. Under the Durango's Hood
There are two engine options for the 2017 Durango. The standard engine is a 3.6-liter V6 with 290 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. The Citadel has this engine with the same torque but 295 horsepower. It is an eight-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive with the option of all-wheel drive. The fuel economy is 19 mpg city and 26 mpg highway for the rear-wheel drive and 18 mpg city and 25 mpg highway for the all-wheel drive. This engine can tow up to 6,200 pounds. The second engine is standard on the R/T and an optional for the Citadel. It is a 5.7-liter V8 with 360 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. It has the same transmission and wheel driving options as the first engine. The fuel economy is 14 mpg city and 22 mpg highway for both RWD and AWD. The V8 can tow up to 7,400 pounds.
