Design of Dodge Challenger
The Challenger is highly customizable and in no way has to appear to be the same as others that may be around. There are ten trim levels, twelve wheel choices, fourteen different interiors, many exterior detailing packages and numerous exterior paint colors allowing for a really unique vehicle that is able to make a statement. The look of the Dodge Challenger is unmistakable with definite links to past models and the times of yesteryear. The elongated hood and short looking deck along with a cold air intake on the SRT make Challenger what it is today. This model year they are re-releasing some of the classic colors and classic styling for the modern vehicles. The Dodge Challenger has a couple different things going for it in that it has taken more of a retro look on the exterior but on the inside and from a performance standpoint there has never been better versions designed. The interior is spacious, functional and welcoming complete with a touchscreen display. The backseat is also very roomy and three people are able to fit back there which is a leader among muscle cars. The trunk is also very large with plenty of room for cargo.
The Dodge Challenger is a car designed for performance and speed and with that in mind you may not think that it is also setup for safety but in fact it is. Federal government ratings give this year's Challenger a five-star rating which is tops. The Challenger is full of passive and active safety systems including the following: seat-mounted side pelvic-thorax bags, front knee air bags, active head restraints, anti-lock brakes, Brake Assist, and Hill-Start Assist. Adaptive Cruise Control is available, as are Forward Collision Warning, Blind-Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross Path detection, a ParkSense assist system, and a rearview camera. A 911 emergency-assist feature is also part of UConnect Access. The Dodge Challenger has everything that you could possibly want or need out of a luxury sedan and when you mix this with the Americana that comes with the Challenger you get a vehicle that is more than worthy of a spot in your driveway.
